Directions: Add 1 – 3g sage to I cup hot water, let stand cover the cup as essential oils are lost and drink, or add honey, lemon or your normal tea. 3 times a day.

Dry/normal skin, mix powdered sage with olive oil and apply. Oily skin, mix powdered sage with honey and apply.
