Directions:  Add 1 – 3g sage to I cup hot water,  let stand cover the cup as essential oils are lost and drink, or add honey, lemon or your normal tea.  3 times a day.

 

Mouthwash, Sore Throat Gargle:

Boil  1-3g sage, cool water and rinse mouth and gargle.

for treating throat infection, dental abscesses, infected gums, mouth ulcers.

Toothpaste:

Powder the leaves, add an equal amount of salt and apply to a toothbrush for

 teeth whitening, plaque removal, strengthening gums

Restoring colour of grey hair:

4 teaspoons sage,2 teaspoons cloves in 2 cups boiled water, leave for 2 hours, remove sage, put on hair before sleeping.

Shower wash:

Boil 2 handfuls of sage in 2 litres water let stand for 15 minutes, use as body rinse for Soothing and refreshed skin

Face mask:

Dry/normal skin, mix powdered sage with olive oil and apply. Oily skin, mix powdered sage with honey and apply.

Skin:
